Wayne Taylor
Owner and CEO
Wayne is the owner and chief executive of Splash Companies and sets the long-term vision for each business, with a focus on growth opportunities and operating improvements that help them reach their goals. He holds a C36 plumbing contractor license in California.
Before Splash, Wayne was a commercial real estate investor and asset manager. At ASB Real Estate Investments he oversaw a $1.2 billion portfolio and completed 25 acquisitions totaling nearly $750 million in market value. He started his career at Eastdil Secured.
Wayne played catcher in the Seattle Mariners farm system. He has a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
